This project delivers complete cable tray design, fabrication and installation services for a manufacturing plant in the United Arab Emirates. Considering the local extreme high temperature, intense sunlight and sandy environment, the whole construction follows UAE SBC building regulations and IEC international electrical standards, fully matching local industrial construction and operation requirements.
The construction covers indoor and outdoor cable tray layout for production workshops, equipment zones and auxiliary facilities, including common ladder and trough type trays, as well as matching brackets, connectors, grounding and dustproof accessories. All trays adopt high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel, which features great heat resistance, anti-aging and anti-corrosion performance. The materials and structural design can effectively resist long-term sun exposure and sand erosion, meeting the plant’s large-scale wiring load and usage demands.

The cable tray system is used for laying and protecting power, production equipment, automatic control and safety monitoring cables. It realizes centralized and orderly cable arrangement, replacing messy traditional wiring methods. The open structure ensures good heat dissipation and allows easy daily inspection, maintenance and later equipment renovation and expansion. With standard grounding treatment, the system reduces operational costs and avoids common electrical safety risks.
This project greatly optimizes the plant’s electrical wiring layout, improving the safety and stability of the overall power system. It provides solid and reliable electrical infrastructure for stable production, normal equipment operation and future facility upgrades, complying with the construction standards of modern industrial projects in the UAE.
