SS316 Cable Tray Bracket — Corrosion-Proof Support Arms for Power Plant Cable Systems

Qinkai SS316 cable tray brackets are cantilever support arms fabricated from 316L stainless steel, purpose-built for power plant environments where moisture, heat and corrosive media attack conventional supports. The 2–3% molybdenum content of 316L resists pitting and crevice corrosion in boiler houses, flue-gas desulfurization areas, circulating-water pump rooms and coastal salt-spray atmospheres.

Available as single-arm and double-arm brackets in lengths from 150 to 900 mm, with 41×41 / 41×62 / 41×82 mm channel sections and welded heavy-duty construction. Load ratings are verified to NEMA VE 1 with a 1.5 safety factor on collapse load. Brackets are passivated to ASTM A380 and supplied complete with matching 316L fasteners and connectors.
