This project focuses on the design, supply and full installation of T3 series cable trays for an Australian industrial project. In line with Australia’s coastal humid climate, strong ultraviolet radiation and strict local industrial requirements, all products and construction work comply with AS/NZS electrical standards, adapting to local site conditions and long-term operational needs.
The project adopts standardized T3 cable trays as the core wiring carrier, including supporting brackets, connecting fittings, grounding and protective accessories. Featuring lightweight structure, high rigidity and excellent weather resistance, the T3 trays are professionally optimized to resist UV aging, moisture corrosion and outdoor wind and rain erosion. The stable structural load capacity fully meets the project’s indoor and outdoor long-distance cable laying requirements.
The T3 cable tray system is applied to the project’s power supply, equipment control and safety monitoring cable laying. It achieves neat, centralized and standardized cable management, effectively solving the problems of scattered and chaotic traditional wiring. The reasonable structural design ensures good heat dissipation, making daily inspection, maintenance and later system upgrades more convenient, while standard grounding design reduces electrical safety hazards.
