This project is a core electrical infrastructure for a large U.S. chemical plant, supporting daily operation, capacity expansion and safety upgrading. It undertakes the design, fabrication and integrated installation of standardized, corrosion and seismic-resistant cable tray corridors. Tailored to the chemical park’s harsh humid and corrosive gas environment, the project complies with NEC, NEMA VE1 and local plant safety codes, fully adapting to local operation and maintenance systems.
The project covers indoor and outdoor cable tray systems, including ladder, trough and solid-bottom trays, plus complete supporting brackets, connectors, grounding and fireproof accessories. Made of SS316L stainless steel, the trays deliver excellent acid, alkali and oxidation resistance, avoiding structural damage and electrical risks caused by chemical corrosion and outdoor exposure. The overall structure is optimized for seismic resistance, cable load bearing and daily maintenance to ensure long-term stable operation.

As a key cable channel for the plant’s power, instrument, communication and automation systems, the project achieves centralized and standardized cable management. Superior to traditional buried and conduit wiring, the optimized tray design boosts heat dissipation, facilitates inspection, cable replacement and later expansion, and cuts long-term operating costs. In line with U.S. electrical and fire codes, standardized grounding and fire blocking eliminate short-circuit and fire hazards, providing reliable electrical infrastructure for stable plant production.
The project optimizes the plant’s electrical wiring layout, greatly improving the safety and operation efficiency of power and control systems.
